Our family’s journey began long before this restaurant.

It started in a small Vietnamese entertainment shop, where our parents spent years sharing music, films, and culture with the local community. What they built went beyond retail. It was a place of familiarity, trust, and connection.

Food was always at the heart of our home.

The dishes we grew up with were made with purpose, shaped by tradition and care rather than recipes or shortcuts. Those meals became the foundation of our first restaurant, where we set out to serve Vietnamese food the way we knew it should be honest, comforting, and deeply rooted in heritage.

In 2021, we lost our father.

One of his long held dreams was to open a pho bar. A warm, welcoming space centred around a simple bowl of broth, noodles, and shared moments. This restaurant is our way of carrying that dream forward. Every bowl of pho we serve reflects his values patience, balance, and respect for the craft, just as it was in our family home.

This is more than a restaurant to us.

It is a continuation of our family’s story built on tradition, resilience, and the belief that food brings people together.
